New Attractions Revealed Ahead of the Sydney Caravan Camping Outdoor Lifestyle Expo this September
Six New Interactive Zones and Exhibits to Compare and Shop the Latest in Outdoor Products and Accessories. Outdoor adventurers, clear your schedule as the Sydney Caravan Camping Outdoor Lifestyle Expo is back for its second year and is promising to be even bigger and better.
Taking place across four days from 20–23 September, the Expo is the perfect place for inspiration ahead of the summer holidays, and to treat your family to an action-packed day. Situated at Sydney Showgrounds, Sydney Olympic Park, the Expo has expanded in size since its first year, providing attendees with a showcase of the best the industry has to offer.

This year, Expo visitors will also have the chance to win an incredible $10,000 cash by entering the new Passport Competition. Simply pick up an entry form upon entering the Expo and follow the map, making sure to visit the five stands as stated on the passport for the chance to win. Just imagine all the incredible caravan and camping holiday experiences that you could enjoy with the prize money.
Hungry campers can make their way to the new Camp Kitchen for a wide range of food and beverage, as well as live cooking demos from Better Homes and Gardens presenter Fast Ed. Local brewers, Young Henrys will be serving beer and cider as Soulganic play live between 11.30am-2.00pm and 2.30pm-3.30pm, daily.
Receive tips and tricks with live demonstrations on the main stage from celebrity personalities, Graham Ross from Better Homes and Gardens and fishing expert, Rhys Creed. Learn how to keep your garden alive and flourishing while you are on the road, top fishing tips including where to fish, as well the opportunity to meet, greet and have your photo taken with the celebrity guests.
There are an array of free activities and new interactive displays to keep children entertained all Expo long, so there is plenty of fun on offer for the whole family. Aspiring young fishing fans will have the opportunity to watch and take part in free casting demonstrations as part of the Young Guns Fishing Adventures activity, as well as watch the DIY boat building demonstration, to learn how to build a Joey Dinghy from scratch.
The dog-friendly Expo even has a space dedicated to pets, offering free pet health checks and hydration stations, as well as equipping both pooch and owner with everything they’ll need for their next road trip adventure. With 228 pet-friendly holiday parks in NSW, your four-legged friend will never have to miss out on a family getaway again.
The Caravan Camping Outdoor Lifestyle Expo will run from Thursday 20th to Sunday 23rd September from 9am-4pm daily at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
One day tickets purchased at the gate are Adult $25 (17 years +); Concession $20 (Pensioner & Senior Cardholders) and children 16 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Two-day passes are $40 and $35 for Adult and Concession respectively. Or you can buy tickets online, and save 10%.
