There’s such a resurgence in the popularity of whiskey and oh boy, have we found a beauty.

Timboon Distillery is located at The Railway Yard in Timboon, just. Inland from Port Campbell. Inspired by the local history of the cheeky bootlegger Tom Delaney who was distilling whiskey in 1890, without the proper authority, and labelling it “Mountain Dew” the new proprietors of the Timboon Distillery are determined to make their whiskey as famous as it once was – and they are well on their way.

A visit to the distillery will have you sampling smooth whiskeys that are lovingly bottled by hand. There is also a delicious lunch menu, all made on the premises, to enjoy with your whiskey.
