When it comes to an afternoon snack, we always try and come up with something delicious for our crew to enjoy after a hard day filming (if they have time ofcourse). Today, Macca has invited Ian Smith (a real chief) from the Driftwood Restaurant at the Ingenia Rivershore to show us some of his finest.

There’s nothing more delicious than pork belly, it makes the mouth water just thinking about it so everyone was delighted when Ian was cooking up a snack with the delicious protein in front of the Martin’s Aura caravan. And trust me when I say it was absolutelya hit. YUM!!
