What you’ll need
- Canned Four-bean mix
- Sweet corn
- Black olives
- Onion
- Parsley
- Rice packet (white or brown)
- Vietnamese salad dressing
How it’s Done
Now this recipe is for all of those that aren’t much of a cook. You know, the type of person that would burn water if you left then in charge of the stove for too long. Yep, this little salad is practically foolproof, simply add the ingredients into a bowl and call it a job well done. Of course, you’ll need some restraint when it comes to the quantity of each ingredient, but hey, where’s the fun in that?
