The HX-2 combines Hema’s precise turn-by-turn guided on-road mapping with their off-road GPS navigator, which allows you to plan, experience and share your adventures no matter how far you travel off the beaten track. Featuring over 100,000 Hema-X moderated listings including over 40,000 Hema verified points of interests (POI's), the HX-2 can direct you to literally thousands of bush camping sites, campgrounds, caravan parks, hotels, motels, dump points, wineries, lookouts, rest areas, boat ramps, post offices, fuel stops and plenty more!

Off The Beaton Track 

While other GPS units can only guide you to on-road destinations, off-road navigation is most definitely Hema’s specialty. Using their state-of-the-art Vector mapping, you can expect a fast, detailed and multi-dimensional mapping experience. To kick things up a notch, the HX-2 also has Hema’s latest printed maps pre-loaded onto the device, putting Hema’s entire arsenal of directional aids right at your fingertips. The maps are even accessible without a phone or internet connection!

Being specialists in off-road navigation means the team at Hema are continuously striving to improve their systems performance in remote locations where signal can traditionally be a little tricky. The HX-2 utilises MULTI-GNSS SUPPORT, which is support for GPS and GLONASS satellites allows for tracking in more challenging environments.

You see, joining the Hema movement allows you access to a whole maze of online trip planning tools that sync seamlessly with the HX-2 Navigator.
