Luxury Awnings has developed the smart and sturdy Flexible Solar Awning, that’s now available through Award RV.

How do they work?

Available in two sizes, 12ft and 16ft width, the Luxury Awnings Flexible Solar Awning uses HBC Solar Cell technology that enjoys a greater light sensitive area per square meter by placing the flexible circuit panel underneath–as a result they’re more than 20 percent powerful than equivalent-size panels using alternative technology. 

Full Blockout Shade

Luxury Awnings Flexible Solar Awnings operate electrically for a fast and easy setup and provide full blockout, extending up to 2.3m to provide generous cover at camp. What’s more, they retract to just 14cm when travelling between camps. They’re fitted with toggled LED bug lighting and have prefitted supports compatible with anti-flap kits.

Power Capabilities

Compact LA12850 12ft awnings provide 3.6m x 2.3m coverage, delivering up to 850W in solar output, 105V in nominal voltage and 70A peak amperage @ 12V. 

While the 16ft LA161050 provides approximately 4.8 x 2.3m coverage, delivering up to 1050W power output, 95V nominal voltage, and 88A peak amperage @ 12V.

According to Luxury Awnings, the Luxury Awnings Flexible Solar Awning integrates easily into many popular caravan and camping power installations.
