APOLLO ACQUIRES FLEETWOOD RV, COROMAL AND WINDSOR BRANDS

Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd has continued to expand its sales and rental footprint, acquiring the iconic Australian caravan brands, Fleetwood RV, Coromal and Windsor from Fleetwood Corporation Limited.

The acquired brands address market segments that complement Apollo’s existing multi-brand portfolio.

Fleetwood will continue to manufacture caravans in Perth for up to six months after the acquisition is completed. Apollo will manufacture Fleetwood RV, Coromal and Windsor motorhomes and caravans at the Company’s new manufacturing operations in Brisbane, leveraging its existing infrastructure and capacity.

Apollo’s existing Melbourne rental and retail sales locations will be consolidated into Fleetwood’s large and well positioned retail site in Campbellfield.

Managing Director, Luke Trouchet said, “These are iconic Australian caravan brands with strong market positions and a wide range of product offerings.

“We are proud to add them to our portfolio and will continue to build on their heritage in the Australian market.”

Apollo continues to lead the consolidation of the Australian caravan industry, with today’s deal adding to the Company’s track record of domestic and international acquisitions since listing on ASX in November 2016, including:
