Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV) proudly unveiled the first tranche of caravan and RV manufacturers to achieve RV Masters accreditation under the RV Master Manufacturer Program.

Jayco, Royal Flair and Crusader–manufacturer of the year–are among the first recognised under this transformative industry-led initiative designed to raise the benchmark for operational excellence and consumer confidence across the Australian caravan and RV manufacturing sector.

RV Master Manufacturer Program measuring Quality, Compliance, and Customer Service

CIV developed the program to provide a rigorous, independent assessment in five operational areas:

• Business systems
• Quality management
• Human resources
• Customer service
• Compliance

The goal is to establish continuous improvement across the sector and give consumers confidence in accredited brands.
