Programming new Fobs on your Camec Keyless Entry System

Being at the forefront of the RV industry for over 45 years in Australia and New Zealand, Camec has an undeniable track record in building innovative and high-quality RV products. One of the latest innovations is their Keyless Entry System. Proudly designed and assembled in Australia, it is the only Keyless Entry system in the world that features the unique Fob system, which is easy to program following some simple steps.

Please watch the brief video above, or see the instructions below for how to program new fobs.

  • To program new fobs or wristbands to the keyless entry lock ensure that batteries, which are in good condition, are installed into the keyless entry system before programming or Fob deletion
  • Open the RV’s door so that the inside Fob button and the outside reader are easily accessible.
  • Press and hold the inside button for five seconds, until multiple high beeps are heard.
  • Release the button then swipe the red master Fob over the reader.
  • Confirmation that the lock is in programming mode after the Fob swipe will be with 2x long high tones.
  • Now swipe the new fob to be programmed
  • A correct swipe of the new fob will be verified with 2x short high tones
  • An incorrect swipe of a new Fob will result in 3x long low tones – if this happens, try swiping the Fob again. If the fob still cannot be programmed, then all 6 Fob memory locations could be full.
  • Once program mode is completed this will be signified with 3x long low tones.
