Camping to remain as luxury RACV Inverloch Resort expands
Caravan camping will remain at RACV Inverloch Resort amid construction of a new two-storey accommodation wing overlooking Andersons Inlet.
The 36 new premium suites affording floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the inlet will, in fact, provide extended families from more walks of life to holiday together in comfort on the glorious Bass Coast.
Catering for all kinds of travellers
RACV Executive General Manager Leisure Craig Peachey confirms the 32 spacious caravan sites “nestled within natural bushland” are here to stay. These include 12 ensuite sites, ensuring diverse accommodation options continue to be available.
“RACV Inverloch caters to a wide range of travellers—from solo adventurers to families—with a strong emphasis on comfort, community, and nature immersion.
“The RACV Inverloch Resort … [provides] a well-rounded and scenic caravanning experience, set between wetlands and the pristine beaches of the Bass Strait.”
Exquisite Resort facilities
During our recent visit the RACV Inverloch Resort, our teams were excited by the extensive resort facilities onsite including the 25m indoor heated pool, comprehensive fitness centre, tennis courts and the stunning walking trails on site.
Not to forget tantilising local tastes crafted by onsite chefs at the Radius Restaurant and relaxing dining options by a log fire overlooking the bay at the Zenith lounge.
Retaining the Natural Setting
RACV believes the venture will ease booking pressure at the popular resort, which is often booked out months in advance during peak times. It will also expand the opportunity to serve conference clients and host events year-round.
Designs of the two-storey wing by an architecture firm GHD remain sympathetic to the Resort’s natural environment, leveraging the Bass Coast’s natural vegetation and use eco-friendly materials throughout.
