Broadwater Tourist Park: The Best of Both Worlds on the Gold Coast

Broadwater Tourist Park: The Best of Both Worlds on the Gold Coast

Words: Leanne O’Neill

During our East Coast adventure, we chose to stay at the Broadwater Tourist Park while on the Gold Coast. For a start it’s so close to the heart of the GC, Surfers Paradise plus it’s a beautiful water-front location. With over 230 sites and 28 cabins there is certainly something that’s going to suit what you require. This Park is an institution on the Gold Coast. As they say, it’s the best of both worlds. A great place to relax and unwind and yet only a stone’s throw from the action

A Great Place to Relax

Nestled along the shores of the Broadwater, a protected waterway teeming with recreational fun, Broadwater Tourist Park caters to both kids and adults alike. With a diverse range of water sports available, as well as ample space for swimming, fishing, and socializing, there’s something for everyone. Nearby waterfront pathways are inviting to both walkers and cyclists, while families can enjoy the cooling waters of The Rockpools splash park at the adjacent Broadwater Parklands. Following a day filled with activities, retreat to your choice of accommodation-whether it be a caravan, cabin, or campsite. Take a refreshing dip in one of the Park’s two pools, then unwind with your favourite dk and barbecue as the sunset casts its golden hues upon the Broadwater. And if you prefer to dine out, a plethora of quality restaurants and bars are just a short stroll away.

Campsite Discos, Movie Nights and More!

For on-site recreation, first-class facilities include a tennis court, bouncing pillow, playground, recreation room, camp kitchen, BBQ areas, and boat ramp. Meticulously maintained and spacious, Broadwater Tourist Park also hosts a variety of family-friendly events throughout the holidays, such as outdoor movie nights and kids’ discos. They are committed to ensuring their guests have the best possible experience. We caught up with Assistant Manager Brooke Turner to learn more about the Park.
