Questions please: Are 3 fixing straps tec screwed to the frame sufficient? I can easily put 2 more. Suggestions on how best to lock the screw cap would be appreciated? Images would be ideal.
Answer was Don’t skimp on the fixing straps put as many as you can on.

Vanilla Slice Debate.
The Blackbutt Bakery in Queensland is outstanding. I gave their Vanilla Slice a 9.5 out of 10.
The Bingara NSW Bakery does an excellent Vanilla Slice too. I gave it a 9.5 out of 10.
Jenny posted our all time favourite from Goomeri Bakery, Qld. I see someone couldn’t wait for the photo before doing a taste test!
Send me a photo of your favourite vanilla slice, and let me know where you got it. Maybe you have a bakery item that is better than the best vanilla slice. I’d love to see is and hear about it.
