Caravan tested: Essential C-Class tourer

The Essential C-Class Tourer is one hell of capable and reasonably low weight cruiser for a good looking Aussie with the integrity to match. I can only endorse the comments of David Wilson, Essentials Founder and Managing Director when he said, “I can honestly say the entire range offers unheard of value for money and includes fixtures and fittings of the absolute highest standard. Designed with the most functional, attractive and comfortable layouts in mind, I’m sure you will enjoy many years of hassle-free caravanning across our beautiful country in your very own Essential Caravan.”

This beautiful touring class home away from home hits the mark with a well-proportioned van with a real touch of class and an array of sensible fittings and accessories. Whilst there are a variety of layouts to suit all travellers our demonstrator had a rear door and ensuite with a large Queen bed up front and a café style dinette. The Tourer has a strong 100 x 50mm Supagal chassis with a 50mm riser that is quite suited to some corrugated tracks however its design priority is a comfortable, capable and reasonably low weight cruiser for a travelling couple.

It seems that Essential have certainly hit the nail on the head with their C-Class range, and in particular this Tourer. It is simply loaded with essential, sensible and comfortable appeal in a great looking, value packed caravan.
