But if you’re travelling with an AGM system, doubling your RV’s battery capacity with a lithium equivalent is easy, reckons Simon Robertson, spokesperson for Forte Powertech. 

Here, at the Let’s Go Caravan and Camping Show in Adelaide, Simon introduced to Macca a smart lithium iron phosphate battery that has similar dimensions to many popular AGMs.

 

SAME SIZE, DOUBLE THE POWER

The new lithium battery is part of the Pylontech range.

“A battery like ours is definitely a battery that can replace your existing system without changing anything in the way of charging,” Simon explains.

“It doesn’t matter what you got in your van or your trailer at the moment these batteries are a straight replacement.”
