What’s Up Downunder and Dometic kick off the ‘Follow the Sun Convoy for Charity’ for National Breast Cancer Foundation
On Monday the 6th of November we see What’s Up Downunder and Dometic set off on their ‘Follow the Sun Convoy for Charity’, travelling through South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula to raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation Australia.
The convoy starts off with the Annual Nagambie Lakes Concert at Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park on Monday the 6th of November which is a highlight year after year with caravans on display, live music and fireworks.
The team will then be starting their journey off in Whyalla, a town famous for captivating ocean shores, saltwater fishing and friendly dolphins. From Whyalla What’s Up Downunder and Dometic will be heading to Port Lincoln, “The Seafood Capital of Australia”.
From Port Lincoln we will be heading to Coffin Bay, a town surrounded by sea and National Parks. The next stop will be Elliston, a small and charming coastal town known for its rugged and scenic coastline.
From Elliston we travel up the coast to Streaky Bay, Boasting some of the most pristine and beautiful beaches along the Eyre Peninsula. The journey then ends in The Gawler Ranges, a National Park full of salt lakes and vast domes of volcanic rock.
At each of these locations, the cast and crew will be holding ‘Happy Hours’ where everyone is welcome to come down for a fun night of live music, family activities, the ‘Best of the Best’ caravans on display and of course fundraising for the National Breast Cancer Foundation Australia.
